Welcome to the Bridge Business Intensive, a hands-on, practical training experience designed for startups, entrepreneurs, and students who are serious about launching, growing, and scaling their businesses. This program equips you with the tools, strategies, and mindset needed to build a sustainable and impactful company.

Business Plan:

In this class, aspiring entrepreneurs and students will learn how to build a strong foundation for their business through a clear and practical business plan. We’ll start by exploring the Why, What, and How of launching a business—focusing on the mindset needed for long-term success. You’ll craft a compelling vision and mission statement, and break down the core components of a business plan that investors, partners, and teams can rally behind. Using the I.T.M.A.R. cycle (Implement, Test, Measure, Adjust, Repeat), you’ll gain tools to keep your business agile and growing. Finally, we’ll introduce the E-Myth framework, helping you understand the crucial balance between the roles of Entrepreneur, Manager, and Technician—and how each one plays a part in building a scalable business.

Marketing Strategy:

In this class, you’ll learn how to create a smart and effective marketing strategy that connects your business with the right audience. We’ll start by helping you define your market and understand your ideal customer—what they want, need, and how they make decisions. You’ll explore how to analyze the competition, identify what sets you apart, and use that insight to build a compelling marketing plan. We’ll also dive into essential tools and platforms for success in today’s world, including branding, digital marketing, and social media strategies that drive real engagement and growth.

Sales:

Sales is the lifeblood of any business—and in this class, you’ll learn how to sell with confidence, clarity, and consistency. We begin by building a strong sales attitude, helping you shift your mindset from fear to opportunity. You’ll discover strategies for effective prospecting, learn to craft a clear and compelling message, and master how to lead profitable meetings that move conversations forward. The session also emphasizes the importance of disciplined daily sales activity and the power of asking the right questions and listening deeply. Whether you’re pitching your first product or scaling an existing offer, these tools will help you close more deals and build lasting relationships with your customers.

Financial Report & Analysis:

Understanding your numbers is essential to building a sustainable business. This session breaks down the basics of financial statements—how to read them, what they mean, and how to use them to make smart, data-driven decisions instead of emotional ones. You’ll gain a solid grasp of accounting concepts and methods, learn how to interpret key financial indicators, and explore the institutional and regulatory factors that impact your business. We’ll also address common measurement and reporting challenges, giving you the confidence to navigate finances whether you’re working with a bookkeeper, presenting to investors, or managing your own cash flow.

Systems & Processes:

Strong businesses are built on strong systems. In this session, you’ll discover why having the right systems and processes in place is key to growing and scaling without burning out. We’ll explore a simple yet powerful framework that helps you organize operations, streamline tasks, and increase productivity. You’ll also learn about essential tools like CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms that help manage relationships and sales efficiently. We’ll tie it all together with the 3 P’s—People, Product, and Profit—and show you how systems serve each area to create a sustainable, high-performance business model.
