By providing speaking, coaching and consulting services Eric is able to reach people at all stages of their life’s path and work with them personally and professionally. Dr. Eric J. Scroggins is an author and has delivered the power of his book Vision Blockers to audiences both nationally and internationally. Teaching his audiences to apply techniques to push through barriers and achieve desired results.
Dr. Scroggins’ following has given him the opportunity to work with both corporate and non-profit organizations where he has developed a full-circle approach. This full-circle approach combines personal, professional and spiritual components that he is able to deliver whether he is working one-on-one, with a group or in front of an entire organization.

Alie Berggen
Alie is a dynamic marketing manager, strategist, and business growth leader who believes marketing is about connection. She leads a team of specialists in social media, Google and Meta advertising, website design and development, brand strategy, professional photography and more — delivering campaigns that resonate and drive measurable results.
Her work blends creativity with strategic insight, helping businesses grow while staying true to their identity. Known for her approachable style and ability to listen deeply, Alie builds partnerships that last. She thrives on collaboration, translating business goals into messaging that feels authentic and effective.
Outside of her professional world, she’s dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, strength training, lifelong learning, an avid reader and meaningful connections with family and friends.
Julaine Smith
Julaine Smith, CPA (retired) is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with expertise in the areas of business operations, strategic planning, entrepreneurship, and accounting. During her career, Smith served as Chief Financial Officer for Kagwerks, a defense subcontractor, division Chief Financial Officer for AT&T Broadband, Director of Technical Accounting for Pacific Telesis Group, Operations Controller for InterMedia Management, and Senior Auditor for Price Waterhouse. Smith is also the co-Founder of Ametra Advisors, an accounting and business advisory firm which provides outsourced accounting solutions for small businesses. She is an author, business coach and Founder of the G Corporation® Incubator, a business coaching program for Christian women building for profit companies. Smith currently serves on the board of directors for Providence Heights and Baptist Women’s Educational Convention, Inc. (BWEC), and is a former board member, chairperson and treasurer for FareStart. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration-Accounting from California State University, [Hayward] East Bay, and is currently pursuing her MDiv degree at Fuller Theological Seminary. She is married, a mother and grandmother. Smith and her husband, Terence, reside in Brooklyn, NY. She enjoys watching reality TV, sci-fi and spy movies, traveling, and going out to eat really good food.

He has delivered workshops, keynotes, and coaching across South Africa, Nigeria, Kenya, Mauritius, and the United States—impacting thousands of sales professionals and leaders.
Brad has provided sales and performance training to global brands such as 3M, Toyota, and Yum Brands, as well as major banks and insurance companies throughout Africa. His work consistently drives measurable results:
